On The Haus

Made possible by the Catapult Collaboration, submissions are open for On The Haus: free recording sessions for emerging artists in the ArtHaus Studio.

In fall 2023, ArtHaus will select 6 emerging artists to receive free recording studio time and spend a day with a sound engineer, a producer, or their own team to create and record a project of their choice.

  • Submissions will be open from August 8-22, 2023.

  • Selected artists will be contacted in early September.

  • Recording will take place Sept-Nov 2023 in Toronto.

ArtHaus and Kinaxis have come together to create the Catapult Collaboration; a holistic approach to building careers in music. Kinaxis is a supply chain management software company headquartered in Ottawa, who avidly supports emerging artists.

Music For Social Change


In January 2023, Conscious Economics and ArtHaus Community will select 10 Canadian musicians to participate in Music for Social Change, an artist development & social change music experience ⤵️​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​​
This 6 month program will run from February to July and will feature: ​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​​
- Monthly mentorship workshops led by industry experts​​​​​​​​
- Collaborative song-writing and story-telling sessions​​​​​​​​
- A culminating showcase & industry networking party​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​​

What is The Art of Darkness?

Help us to continue all of our Community Programs with our Community Coffee! Launched in collaboration between ArtHaus, Unison Benevolent Fund and Propeller Coffee Co, our Art of Darkness specialty dark roast supports counselling, emergency relief services, mental wellness and educational initiatives across the country.
